This was my first time using A1 Factory Direct. I had them do laminate flooring and carpeting on the stairs. The installation was quick and efficient. Fred was amazing. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint is that the boards were a little squeaky and probably needed to be nailed down better. However, I may not have told them this so it is not their fault. Overall, everything looks great and I am very happy.
