Overall, my experience with Grayton Plumbing has been positive. I just used them last week. I called them to fix a pipe that was outside under a porch, but I was told they charge a service fee just to show up, which they then take off if they proceed to do the job. The fee was so expensive that I decided not to use their service. I had used them before and was always happy, but the service fee was very expensive. So, I called them to discuss the matter and they agreed not to charge me the seventy-five dollar fee. I felt the technician in this instance was a little difficult to understand, but every other technician has been very professional, nice and reasonable.

I would tell those considering Grayton Plumbing to give them feedback because they are responsive. I feel like their technicians are very knowledgeable and their office staff to whom I speak on the phone are cheerful and helpful.
