I am an existing customer who called on behalf of my Dad who is 91. His company couldn't do after hours service so I called Comfort Air at 4:30 p.m. Luis Huerta, the A/C tech, arrived within a couple of hours and worked to get things back on line. Luis has the best attitude and was very considerate. I'll definitely ask for him by name when if comes time to do my fall/spring maintenance! Thanks Luis.
