Received a call from Tony advising me of a fall check up at our rental house which in turn reminded me to get a fall check up at our house. Tony advised that he could get a service person to the house on that day! The person arrive well before expected and called from our house. We had to do some errands thinking we would be home prior to the service person's arrival. We hurried home but found out the this person was not propane qualified and Tony had another certified person respond. We're glad that we had the furnace serviced as Daniel found a defective part and consequently unbeknown to us the furnace was not lighting. Daniel was methodical getting the part replace. He is a real expert in servicing our equipment! Thanks Comfort Air!
