The service at Comfort Air Engineering is truly exceptional. I called in the evening on Sunday because our outside unit was not doing anything and house was getting hot. Mr. Freund returned the call and could not have been more helpful. Within an hour a service tech arrived, diagnosed problem and had the AC working in short order. Monday evening, the outside unit was again doing nothing. Again the person on phone was very polite and helpful. The service tech arrived in about an hour, got AC working again but told us he thought something was wrong with the circuit breaker box. On Sunday, Luis told us the circuit box was hot. Today an electrician found that the plastic insulation in the box had melted, the grounding post was unattached and we were lucky we had not experienced a major problem. He replaced the box and AC is running like a top. Thanks for all of your help and for finding what could have become a major problem for us.
