poor experience

I spoke to the intake person who completely spelled my name wrong ,then was transferred to a guy who seemed to be nice at the beginning. As the conversation progressed i detected his attitude changing due to lack of info I wasn't able to produce at that very minute. He became abrupt and impatient and almost annoyed that I was asking questions for my own protection. Would not use this company .Being professional is not in their game plan
