TANKED MY CREDIT MAKE SURE THE PAYMENTS ARE MADE BY THEM!

I SIGNED UP IN AUG. OF 2020 WAS TOLD DO NOT PAY YOUR PAYMENTS IN OCT. SO I DID NOT. THERE WAS A CHANGE AFTER I SIGHNED THE CONTRACT AND 1 ACCOUNT DID NOT GET PAID. THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT DIDN'T PAY THE ACCOUNT. I DID NOT KNOW THIS AND BY JAN. OF 2021 THE ACCOUNT THAT I HAD NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT ON WAS LATE 3 MONTHS IN A ROW AND MY CREDIT SCORE WENT FROM 700'S TO 629 THE LOAN I WAS GOING FOR WENT FROM APPROVED TO DECLINED. THE BANK SUGGESTED THIS COMPANY TO GET ME A BETTER INTREST RATE AND IT COST ME THE LOAN. WHEN I ASKED WHAT I COULD DO TO FIX IT I WAS TOLD YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME. SO I WENT TO THE COMPANY THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS FOR THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO MAKE AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TO MAKE UP THE PAYMENT. I WENT BACK TO THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. SO AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO MAKE A 1 TIME $420 PAYMENT TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO COVER THE LATE FES, LATE PAYMENT AND INTEREST. IF I HAD NOT BEEN PERSISTANT I WOULD HAVE BEEN A MONTH LATE FOR THE FULL 36 MONTHS BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED AND PUT IN CONSOLIDATED CREDITS CONTROL BUT THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM THEY MADE. THIS COMPANY CAN DESTROY YOUR CREDIT BECAREFUL!

We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred. When a client enrolls, we endeavor to go over the debt management program in great detail which includes what to expect like the inability to use the credit cards you put on the program, any fees involved, continuing payments on your own as we await to hear back from creditors and so on. Because some creditors take longer than others to respond to our proposal, we always recommend to our clients to continue making the payments for at least 30 days.
