The plumber who came to my house from Mr. Rooter Plumbing Central Florida was good, and the service turned out as I expected. I purchased a treatment for the drain in my sink and tub that turned out fine.

What I didn't appreciate was the customer service representatives whom I spoke with on the phone. If you miss their call and call right back, they'll tell you that you have to wait. Kind of rude!
