When I called for a quote on a particular service that should not have required an estimate, I was told that I needed an estimate and had to make an appointment. Not only did I have to wait to complete my bid pool, the technician showed up without the equipment needed for the service requested and immediately attempted to sell us a more expensive procedure. I would not trust this business.
