One of our air conditioner units went out one evening. I went on-line to look for someone to call and found Choate's. Their website made it so easy to set up an appointment, I decided to give them a try. I asked for a 10:00 service call the next morning. At about 8:00 the next morning Choate's called to say someone would be at my house between 10:00 and 2:00. Later the technician called to say he was about 30 minutes out. He was there 30 minutes later, a little after 10:00. That's what I call service! He was very friendly, and he found the problem in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed 10 minutes later!!
