I decided to use Hero Cleaning mainly because of their convenient location and their advertisement, which specifically addressed the kind of work I needed to have done: carpet repair. They were easy to work with, which was apparent from the get-go.

They were quick to get the job taken care of for me, and they did good work for a reasonable price. I am probably going to call Hero Cleaning again to do some additional work on another aspect of the same carpet.
