Had problems with my Samsung Fridge. Called several companies - all had similar pricing, but Tom (the guy on the phone) showed more trust and care. That's why i chose him.
Service was good, no complains - after repair he even gave me some tips how to avoid problems in future.
My only complain is that they only except Cash, other than that - great experience.
