No concept of customer service

All smiles, we will take care of you, don't you worry will be about 6-8 days for repairs. Will call if any issues. Was lied too several times. Had to go to the manager who was pleasant and addressed the issue. 29 days latter and many lies we had our car. Work done was excellant. Just tell the truth and call the customer back when they call you. I had to go down to the office to get anybody to talk to me. Will never do bussiness with this shop again and will tell everyone I know in reno/carson about my experience.

I hope you can find in the future to give us another chance to show that we can deliver the top of the line customer service. You did say our quality of repair was excellent.
