Initially on my first scheduled appointment, the service person couldn't find how to turn on the water, so nothing was done. Once I had my property mgmt maintenance person turn on the water for the sprinkler I called the company back and set another date. The service person checked and cleaned my sprinkler heads, checked for leaks, adjusted spray patterns and made sure everything was operational. There were no problems with my sprinkler system so the service was very basic.
