Came on time and took care of business. In Houston that seems to be the exception instead of the norm.
So many times in Houston companies give a time and don't show up in that window. Nor do they call to let you know they are running late. The workers showed up on time, and took of business. They were friendly and answered questions and gave good advice that we needed to know. Felt like good small town service.
