Apmt time was quoted to be between 4 to 7:00. At about 6:30, we got call that he was on his way. Did show up about 6:45 and finished work around 8. Dispatch and Service Technician were both very polite, friendly and professional. The Service Technician did good work and made sure everything worked and offered good tips. I thought the price was a little high and I had a coupon for a discount, while he offered not to include the usual service call fee. So far, very pleased with the work provided.
