Tech determined that the opener was old and the electronics were failing (remotes would not connect and vehicles could not connect) door was also sagging when raised and very noisy when opened. I had him replace opener, tighten springs and install new nylon rollers. Door and remotes are all working great. He did all this in about one hour, seemed to have good training and knowledge, was very professional and the price was reasonable. I have used them before and would recommend to friends
