The technician arrived on time and introduced his self and shame on me I don't recall his name. He was a very professional, courteous, and personable individual. One of the lenses on the unit was damaged out of the box . He returned to the shop and retrieved another les and made it right . It was as if he was installing the unit like it was his house . Very hard to find that these days and greatly appreciated .
