Overall the experience was easy and fast. I called on Monday afternoon and the technician was at my house on Tuesday morning. I was told that I would receive a 30 minute courtesy call prior to the visit, which I received, but the technician showed up almost 1 hour later. The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and gave me a quote on the spot without having to reference any paperwork. He did try to convince me to buy other "things" related to the garage door that were not required to fix the initial problem. Overall, it went well. I will continue to use them if needed.
