Serviceman was there about 45 minutes. Only one person in truck. Put cable back on pulls, replaced rollers. Was charged service call, $150 to repair cable took 15 minutes. Also replace rollers. Total was $350. Could tell intent was to sell more service, I declined. The service man was an independent subcontractor. He likely gets percentage of what he sells. Next time will call more companies to get quotes.
