The technician was efficient and ahead of schedule.
The technician fixed the door but did admit that he didn't know what had caused the problem. Since we had had a similar problem 2 years ago he suggested we think about a new garage door as this one is very old. He was polite and was ahead of schedule as we had expected him much later.
