Overall, a very great experience. Pros - friendly and knowledgeable staff from start to finish. Con - installers spoke very little English, so difficult to communicate with them on decision making.
Phil (initial contact of sale) was very helpful, and even spent time out of his weekends to come to our home to review flooring options & samples.
Vladimir (manager of installers) was very professional and responsive to our needs upon the date of install.
Installers (though there was a language barrier) were very professional and hard working. They took their time and did a great job installing our kitchen and playroom floors.
