Doctor Carpet Las Vegas was responsive when I called. I got a call back the same day, and the day I asked for was available. So those were all good things. The only downside was I wasn't really impressed with the level of cleaning. I didn't really see much difference between the before and after.

I would say they are very good with their service as far as their responsiveness. But I can't speak much to the quality of the work because that was the first, and only time, I've used them.
