I found Benjamin Franklin on google and lucked out. I was able to get an appointment the same day for the time frame I needed. The techincian was prompt, had the necessary part with him, and quickly fixed my problem. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that he didn't wipe down my shower afterwards. There were dirty handprints and broken plastic parts left in the shower.
