Three hours after my call on a Sunday, Mike was working on replacing my water heater. A competitor I called on Saturday not only missed that appointment but said that their person, coming Sunday, would only a free estimate, they weren't ready to do the work.

The Ben Franklin pumber came with my relacement water heater on the truck and was ready to go to work. He took the old heater and packaging for the new heater when he left.
