Matt brings a level of service you just don't see often any more. I called at 7:30am with a leaking water heater. He was at my house 45 minutes later. He explained what was wrong and why, pointed out some issues and handed me a fair price. He wore booties in the house, cleaned up his work area, and went over everything he did as well as warranty information. I can't say enough that THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL. I will be calling TLC when (and it's just a matter of WHEN not IF) my AC and heater go!
