I called Elite Group and I could fix an appointment for a general inspection for just a couple of days later, which was the closest day among many other inspection companies. I received an email confirmation with links to pay the inspection by credit card and electronically sign the agreement. The inspector was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I received a very detailed report by email just a few hours after the inspection. It was my first time calling a general inspector and I could not have imagined a better service.
