I recently had my prospective home inspected my Rick Avery. He was on time and got right to work. He did a terrific job. What impressed me most was the time he took to answer all of my questions. You name it, I asked it. He was patient with me and provided tremendous insight into a subject I know very little about. He even gave me some handy tips about how to freshen up our home, from cost estimates for work to how to install a new shower head and arm. This guy is an expert, exactly what you want in a home inspector. Great experience overall.
