Midland Heating installed an air conditioner in 2008 that went quite well and have done repairs on our furnace. We also signed up for them to come out every spring to check the A/C and every fall to check the furnace.
Only negative experience we had was a delay in replacing the compressor in the A/C. It wasn't a big deal, we didn't need it until later in the spring but it was still a little disconcerting.
