I asked a number of questions about some of the things that had happened on the last service visit from Midland Heating and Air Conditioning and the technician seemed quite knowledgeable about that. I thought he was well mannered and a very conscientious worker.

This is the third year that we have been using their service. I have found them to be well organized and always prompt when they say they are going to be here. I will continue to use them.

I had an experience with some other people. One company wanted to charge me close to $3,000 because they found a leak in my system. They were people I had used for a number of years. I then contacted Midland and they were able to solve it without doing that amount of work. That's when I made the switch.
