Frustrating, not great, terrible.
We had problems with our alarm and when ASG Security took over from the previous company they came out here and didn't have the code info to get into the main box of my system. And therefore they couldn't take care of anything... we were left with nothing. What annoys me is that they got enough info from the previous company to get my business but didn't get the relevant information (the code for the main box which only they had, we didn't have it as the alarm system came with the house when we bought it) so they couldn't do anything unless we chose to install a whole new system. In the end I just had to pull it out of the wall because every morning the alarm would make a noise to tell me it had trouble and that was the only way to make it stop.
