My wife and I eventually switched from ASG to a different company. The reason being, they never updated us on any new products that they had like these other companies were doing. For instance, a new digital keypad or any other type of new innovation, we never heard about. I guess they thought that what we had at the time was sufficient but the other companies offered us a better deal with better technology so we went ahead and switched.
