Responsiveness has proven to be very slow and customer service inadequate -- it has taken them on two separate occasions more than five minutes to address false alarms. Also, they increased our monthly monitoring rate by more than 12%, despite a fixed price contract that locked in our rate for three years. When we asked them to refund the charge, we were referred to a supervisor who proved to be unavailable.
