The problem is that the system could not tell it is a false alarm when a right code is entered after the alarm starts.

Give you an example, I got a call from ASG, saying a breaking in at front door. When I asked: can you tell is it still on or already been dis-alarmed? The answer was: don't know. I had hard time to decide if we need to send police. I asked to hold. I called the tenants and finally found one who told me it was a false alarm and the tenant entered the code immediately to dis alarmed it.

I wish the system can add a function to tell if it is dis-alarmed after the a signal received.
