Our issue was handled promptly, however, customer service wasnt open so we couldn't find out how tiki duo the fire alarm from sounding every few minutes.
Cooking smoke tripped the fire alarm, and the monitoring station was helpful by holding the signal from going through. However, they couldn't tell us how to make the tremendously loud warning stop broadcasting every few minutes because customer service was closed. Our cat was going crazy.
