The tech was polite , and helpful I do not want this to reflect on him. However, I ended up not needing any work done and had to pay $255 for what I was told upfront would be charged as a diagnostic charge. When I made the appointment, I was only told there would be a $49 service fee that would go towards any work done. That fee was “ waived” , but I still paid the diagnostic fee. Sounds almost like your company is a scan . But I went with you because you advertised on KTSA radio who I trusted. .
