I was very pleased with the whole experience and the person they sent out. I'm going to call again and make an appointment for them to do some more work, and I want the same technician. He was very informative, very polite, cleaned up, and explained everything to me that needed to be explained. When I didn't understand he took the time to explain even more. I was very happy with the technician that came out and their service.
