I worked with Karen at Rite-Loom Flooring. They did a backsplash installation for me. It was actually my second backsplash. My first was with a different vendor, and the experience was horrible! She completely understood the situation and helped me pick out the absolutely perfect product, just by listening and looking at some pictures.

Then the installers they sent out were very polite and neat. It was a very smooth installation.
