I lived there for two years. They never helped with the hoa and their rules. Never got new keys, I hired someone to clean out and when I left I got a bill for over three grand. They will chargeyou to replace your carpet a dumster to throw it away and late fees that they charged you years ago.The maintanace manager was alway rude and Alex the account manager basically always said it is what it is and thats it. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
