I called this company in mid December 2013 and spoke with Cheri Jacques who was quite aggressive to get me sign up at the time. She was a little on the "pushy" side but I had to give it to her because of her enthusiasm. A month later, four applicants were interested in my house and it was finally leased out to a pretty nice family. While I was impressed with their abilities to find quality tenants, I'm glad I didn't get turned off by Cheri's slightly aggressive hard sale style. After all, that's what they do. And she did her thing!
