After being denied for multiple rentals with other companies, RentToday was willing to work with me. They told me exactly what they needed from me in order to be approved, rather than a blanket denial. Dene was very patient with my multiple phone calls and worked very hard to help me finally get approved for a rental. I did think it was a little weird that they needed me to email them a picture ID before doing business, but once I got past that, they did everything they could to help me. I am truly grateful.
