Some reps have been more consistent and responsive than others. That has taken away a little from how likely I am to recommend the service. However, for the last 6 or 7 months we've been getting great service from Cheri, which has been super helpful. She always knows who I am, recalls every situation, and even does follow ups with me even asking. Its been extremely helpful.
