We also try to be as clear and transparent as possible when it comes to communication. We're also sorry that you feel the cost to complete repairs is higher than you would have liked. The truth is, that it is costly to get quality work done by licensed and insured vendors but we always work to make sure the cost is fair to both the vendor and the customer.
