When I saw the listing as I drove by, I contacted your company, received an application, which I FAX'd back the next day. Because I could not view the property until approval, I was waiting for the rains to clear, with the understanding I could then make an appointment. In the meantime, the owner came down, and rented it himself. I am so disappointed. Jessica was very professional to deal with and I would have like to have a rental relationship.

Hi Joanne! We are sorry that you were unable to lease the property you wanted! It is frustrating when owners do not communicate with us and rent it without letting us know. We do get new properties all the time and hope that you will keep looking on our site for whats upcoming. The good news is that you do not have to reapply and as long as you are approved you can pick out another home. Thank you.
