My history with Great Western Flooring as been okay. One exception was that I called the salesperson at least two weeks ago to see if someone would come out because I've got some grain that is splitting on the floor. She called back and said she had turned it over to someone to take care of it, but I have not heard from them.

They put in the hardwood floor in our home. The installation went fine. Their customer service has been fine as well. They had come out one other time and looked at a squeak I had in the floor. They corrected it on or two boards, but couldn't correct all of them. So there's one board that's still kind of annoying and can't be fixed.

I think they're a good company. I'm not totally sold on the product yet, but I haven't had it for a full year. I believe it is a new product that they're selling. I wouldn't at this point recommend it, but it has been marginally okay so far.
