We had no previous knowledge of company, or quality of services provided. We decided to try Pro-Fix because of the professional response of your receptionist and response from Jerry the craftsman who did an absolute grandiouso job of constructing and replacing stairs to my basement. We were up against a very tight timeline with no margin for error.....We were absolutely blown away at how they turned out...BEAUTIFUL!!! Simply AWESOME!!!! We kinda knew what we wanted, Jerry painted the picture and brought it to focus. The pictures are real....I think we've found our home repair company and craftsman.
