With an online "deal" I'm never sure what to expect. What I got was a young man who arrived on time and got right to the service and inspection. I was "sure" he was going to suggest lots of high dollar repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when he said everything was in pretty good shape (no roller replacements, etc) but that the noise and rough opening was caused by a part on top of the motor that was within days of falling apart. He showed me a new part from his truck and compared it with the piece that was damaged. I'm sure he could have tried to upsale, but instead focused on the damaged part. Good to know that company and technician integrity were important. Best value coupon I have purchased!
