I purchased a garage tune-up deal through Living Social & when I called to schedule my appointment, I talked to Brandy, who was extremely nice & willing to accommodate my schedule. Two days later, Troy Reiter, the technician came out, very professional & nice. He took the time to thoroughly go over my whole system with me! I was so impressed with this because he had to repeat some things to me because I am very analytical. Troy is very smart & knows a lot about garage door systems. My system is 13 years old & I'd never had it serviced before. I had Troy to install new nylon 11 ball bearing rollers & I could tell the difference in the noise level right away! Troy also lubricated the moving parts & showed me how there was an empty light bulb space in my Lift Master system that I'd never known was there & I'd never used before! This was truly a good experience for me & I would highly recommend Family Christian Doors to anyone needing their garage door system serviced or a new system.
