Once the tech was here it was good
I called on Thursday to schedule the tech for Saturday and forgotten about until after 7 pm. I had to wait an additional day to get the iinformation and now i have to wait longer for repairs... Wish it could have been resolved sooner. Shane was excellent in explaining the issue
