My initial call was to check my furnace for the winter. They found 3 problems with the old unit (installed in 1997) and advised me to get a new unit. They came the next day to do the installation (on Saturday). Technicians very knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue on the following Monday with the AC unit. I called about 15 minutes before they closed and they sent someone out within 30 minutes. They found a short in a wire and fixed it quickly so I was cool again. They have made me realize they are one of the very few companies left that truly have "customer service" as an important element. I highly recommend them to anyone.
